View details of planning applications, pre-application advice
and enforcement complaints online. You can follow the progress of
planning applications, view documentation (including plans), make a
comment, search a weekly list of applications and decisions, view
historic applications and property details including maps.
Conditions of use
Copyright Notice - Plans, drawing and material submitted to the
Council are protected by the Copyright Acts (Section 47, 1988 Act).
You may only use material that is downloaded and/or printed for
consultation purposes, to compare current applications with
previous schemes and to check whether developments have been
completed in accordance with approved plans. Further copies must
not be made without the prior permission of the copyright
owner.
Please ensure you have read and agree to the conditions of use

Any comments on applications submitted to Tunbridge Wells
Borough Council will remain in the public domain and can be viewed
by other members of the public.
Information contained on this site may be incomplete and must
not be used as a substitute for carrying out a formal Land Charge
Search.
Public Access Quick Links - Finding a Planning Application
You can search for planning applications, submitted plans,
decision notices and other documents in a number of ways:
Application Search: Search for a specific
application by various criteria and combinations - application
number, dates, decision, appeal, agents name, etc. Please
note to search using an application number do not
include the 'TW/' at the beginning of the
reference (e.g. to search on TW/07/01234/FUL you only need to input
07/01234)
Property Search: Search for application by postcode or
street from the property search option.
Weekly List: Shows all valid applications
received or decided per week for the last 8 weeks.
Map Search: An interactive map that allows you
to zoom into an area of interest and view details of any related
planning applications.
Special Interest: Any applications received
within the last eight weeks that are of general of specific
interest to the public.
Enforcement Search: Search for enforcement
complaints received by us.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PUBLIC
ACCESS USERS
Public Access may not be available
between 10.00pm and 8.00am to allow for essential maintenance.
- Please note that this facility only works fully with MS
Internet Explorer (IE) 5.5 and above and
other browsers may not display the "Associated Documents" that you
may wish to see.
- If you are a Mozilla Firefox user there is an
add-on that can be downloaded to open pages in IE (http://ietab.mozdev.org/)
- Users of other browsers may have problems viewing associated
documents and maps.
