Payments for the following can be made
securely to the Borough Council on our automated telephone payment
line.
- Council Tax
- Temporary accommodation
- Business Rates
- Housing Benefit debts
- Parking fines
- Mortgages
Please ring the dedicated telephone number 01892
554094 and follow the prompts to make your payment. You
will be given a transaction number when your payment is
successfully completed.
Please note that these services are not available between
6.45pm and 7.15pm daily.
All debit cards and credit cards are generally
accepted, with the exception of American Express and
Diners cards.
All non-statutory charges paid by credit card will attract a
transaction fee of £1.50; debit cards are free of charge.
For all other payments please ring 01892 526121 and speak to a
cashier between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (except bank
holidays).
