To perform the overview and scrutiny role in relation to the following matters, including any performance management issues arising and to deal with councillor calls for action as they arise in relation to these matters:

1. Environmental Services and Street Scene.

2. Waste and recycling.

3. Parking.

4. Licensing.

5. Environmental Protection.

6. Sustainability.

7. Health and Safety.

8. Housing Services, including the identification of housing need, affordability, homelessness and related outside agencies.

9. Leisure, including the provision of parks and open spaces and cultural activities in the borough.

10. The Environment, including the work of related outside agencies.

11. Health Sector and Services.

12. Public conveniences.
