Royal Tunbridge Wells Tourist Information Centre
The Tourist Information Centre is situated in the Pantiles
offers local residents and visitors an all year service
including:
- accommodation booking service for B&Bs, hotels and
self-catering properties - both locally and across the UK
- Assembly Hall Theatre tickets
- holiday information on UK destinations
- details on local places to visit, eat and stay
- tickets for Guided Walking Tours of Royal Tunbridge Wells
- a wide selection of maps, guidebooks and souvenirs
- local produce

Tourism and Tunbridge Wells Borough Council
The Tourist Information Centre is funded and staffed by the
Economic Development & Regeneration Service at Tunbridge Wells
Borough Council. The Tourism unit works to develop the borough of
Tunbridge Wells as a tourist destination in order to help the local
economy benefit from visitor spending. It also manages the
Chalybeate Spring on the Pantiles. The unit develops and implements
a number of marketing projects both independently and in
partnership with regional and national tourism bodies and other
neighbouring local authorities across the South East to promote
tourism in the Tunbridge Wells area.
