Car Park Season Tickets
How to update your season ticket to your new
vehicle
1. In person
at the Tunbridge Wells
Gateway:
- Return your season ticket.
- You will receive your new season ticket to take away with
you.
- You will need to find alternative parking until you have a
valid permit displayed in your vehicle.
If you have residents rate permit you will need to provide the
following:
- Proof of vehicle : V5C or Insurance certificate in the
applicants name. Company vehicles require a letter from the company
detailing applicants name and vehicle details.
- Proof of address : This will be checked by Council Tax records.
If this is not possible you will need to provide one of the
following : A utility bill, bank statement, tenancy agreement or
Council tax bill. All documents must be dated within the last 12
weeks in the applicants name.
- Please return your original permit
2. By post
- Return your season ticket.
- Please complete the relevant (Standard or part-time) application form.
- Return the application and season ticket to Parking Services.
- Permits may take up to 3 working days on receipt of your
application. Please allow extra time for postal delivery.
You must find alternative parking while your permit is being
processed. There is no charge for this service.
Refunds
Refunds are
available for whole months remaining only. Please return your
permit within 3 working days of the beginning of a
month so that month may be included in your refund. Please
note, cash and cheques are refunded by BACS. Credit/debit cards are
refunded back to the original card. Please contact Parking Services for further details.
