Tunbridge Wells Regeneration Company – Closure of
Company
Tunbridge Wells Borough Council and John Laing
have taken the joint decision to close the Tunbridge Wells
Regeneration Company.
A joint statement explaining why the council
and John Laing have taken the decision to close the Company can be

As a result the Council’s Cabinet agreed on 15
November 2012 to:
- agree to the dissolution of the Tunbridge
Wells Regeneration Company and delegate to the monitoring and s.151
officers, in consultation with the Leader and Portfolio Holder for
Finance & Governance to complete negotiations on the cessation
of the Company including appointment of the Liquidator.
- that the Council pay John Laing the financial
sum as outlined in the report as full and final settlement to
facilitate such dissolution
