Panto Stars to help turn on Christmas Lights
The cast of The Assembly Hall Theatre’s pantomime, Cinderella,
will help turn on the Christmas Lights in Tonbridge on
Sunday 28 November 2010.
There will be three hours of musical entertainment on a stage
near the big bridge in the Watergate area of the High Street. Music
begins at 4pm and the panto cast will join the Mayor of Tonbridge
on the stage to switch on the town's lights at 5.20pm. After the
light switch on, the musical celebrations will continue and the
event will draw to a close with the usual spectacular firework
finale over Tonbridge Castle at 6.45pm.
This year’s panto features Shaun Williamson
(Barry from BBC's Eastenders) as Buttons and Emma
Nowell (Hi 5) as Cinderella.
The pantomime Cinderella will run at the Assembly Hall Theatre
from 11 Dec 2010 to 2 Jan 2011. Tickets available from the
